When you work on the path for the success, situation may arise when
you feel stress. Little of stress can be helpful to you in achieving
the goal. It acts as a wake–up call. But more of stress is injurious
to health. It decreases the efficiency.
Don’t get angry due to any reason because experiencing
uncontrolled anger is dangerous to your health. It causes your
adrenaline and blood pressure to rise up at above normal levels.
Moreover, you could end up hurting someone or doing something that
you will regret later on. All this will finally affect you in
achieving your goal. Learn
to control your anger. This can help you redirect energy for more
positive purposes. People win because they learn to adapt to any
situation.

I would show you some steps which can guide you relieve your stress.
Make a habit of taking the break because we all know that all work
and no play make jack a dull boy. In break do the things you love
the most. Play the game you like, watch T.V., listen to music, go
for a picnic on holidays etc. Always give place to humor in your
life. Fill your life with fun and enjoyment. Meet your friends, talk
to them. Spare some of your time with family members.
With our hectic life-style, it’s easy to feel tense. Therefore, it’s
important to take time everyday to just sit, relax and enjoy the
moment. Relaxation keeps your mind clear and your body healthy.
After relaxing you will be able to get more done in less time. This
week, schedule some relaxation time everyday. List out the ways you
relax. All you have to do is think & act with a purpose. You are the
architect of your destiny and the master of your fate.
